Return Policy
  1. Exchange or Refund: For a more prompt exchange or refund, please keep your invoice and call TentAndCamp.com at 1-888-362-4610 or email support@tentandcamp.com to obtain a return authorization number. If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange or refund all merchandise must meet the following conditions:

    -Return in original packaging
    -Return to Green Supply within (30) days
    -Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
    -Enclose a brief letter of explanation
    -Merchandise returned for exchange will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus a shipping charge.
    -Merchandise returned for refund- will be charged a 15% restocking fee - $3.00 minimum.
    -All returns must be prepaid; No COD’s accepted.

    All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card. Purchases made by check or money order will be issued a refund check sent under separate cover. Please note that applicable charges for refund or exchange including shipping and/or restocking fees will be deducted before crediting your credit card or issuing a refund check.

  2. Receive an Incorrect Item: If you were sent an incorrect item, return the incorrect item and include a return receipt for freight. The freight credit will either be the exact amount on the original invoice or the actual cost of freight to the supplier. This will be done at the supplier’s discretion. If the order was shipped ground, and you decide to overnight the package to the supplier to get it there faster, you will do that at your own expense.

    Once the incorrect item is received back, the supplier will ship out the correct item. If you wish to have the correct item shipped out prior to the supplier receiving back the incorrect item, this can be done. But you will be responsible for the original item’s purchase price should it not be returned.

    No express freight methods will be used for items shipped a second time regardless of how the item was originally shipped.

    Make sure to:

    - Include a copy of the original packing slip
    - Note the Return Authorization number on then outside of the packaging
    - Ship it via a traceable method (UPS, FedEx, or USPS with package tracking)

  3. Canceling an Order: Only orders that have not yet been shipped or are not in process can be canceled. It is important that you notify TentAndCamp.com immediately at 1-888-362-4610 or support@tentandcamp.com if you want to cancel an order, as most orders ship same-day.

    If the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the normal returns process. If you refuse to accept the package, then a return freight charge will be added.

  4. Stop Shipping: If the item was sent via USPS, shipment cannot be stopped. If the item was shipped UPS, an attempt can be made to stop shipping. There is a $10.00 fee plus return freight.

  5. Charge for Undeliverable Package: When a customer refuses a package or the carrier returns the package, the carrier will charge an Undeliverable Package Return Charge. You will be billed for this charge.
Back Order Policy
  1. Item Not In Stock: If your item is not in stock, TentAndCamp.com will back order for you. You will always be emailed with an expected delivery date, or you will be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In that case, a refund or credit will be issued promptly.

    Otherwise, back orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible.

  2. Back Order: If the order is partially back ordered, a judgment will be made to determine if the order can be shipped in two segments. The initial shipping will be paid by you and the back ordered items will be paid by the supplier. The supplier will not wait for the entire order to come into stock before shipping in stock merchandise.
Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Central Time. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days of the time your order was placed. (begin bold type) Your order will be shipped via UPS or USPS (end bold type). Usual delivery times for UPS ground are 3-7 business days, USPS Parcel delivery times are 5-10 business days. This does not include Saturdays and Sundays or holidays. Any overnight, second and third day shipping can be requested by selecting that option when you check out on the shopping cart. If you have questions, you may contact us at support@tentandcamp.com or by calling 1-888-362-4610. Shipping and handling charges are based on actual freight weight, which is calculated by the carrier.

  1. Shipping Methods: Once you have placed your order and are on the checkout page, you may choose your method of shipment.

    Rush Packaging, if ordered before 10:00 AM Central Time, guarantees same business day shipping. Ordering after 10:00 AM Central Time guarantees shipping the following business day.

    To track your order, please contact us at support@tentandcamp.com for your tracking number.

  2. Lost Package: If your package is lost in transit, a claim will be filed for the lost package. Please contact support@tentandcamp.com or 1-888-362-4610 and a claim will be filed with the supplier, who will in turn file a claim with the package carrier (UPS or USPS). These claims can take upwards of 30 days.

    If you would like a second shipment to be made, you will be charged for the replacement order and be credited for the lost order upon resolution of the lost package.

  3. Product Not Received/Customer Wants to Cancel: Only orders that have not yet been shipped or are not in process can be canceled. Contact support@tentandcamp.com or call 1-888-362-4610 to cancel. We will contact the supplier. If the order has not yet shipped or is not in process, the order will be cancelled. It is important to notify us immediately if you want to cancel an order, as most orders ship same-day.

    If the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the normal returns process. If you refuse the package, then a return freight charge will be added.

  4. Charge for Address Correction: UPS charges $5.00 (or $10.00 for express packages) if the address given by you is not exactly correct. You will be billed back for this fee.

  5. TentAndCamp.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  6. TentAndCamp.com does not ship any International Orders (including Puerto Rico, Guam, APO’s and FPO’s). There are no exceptions.
Damaged Goods Policy
  1. Damaged Package: If the package is damaged in transit, you will need to contact the package carrier (UPS or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. The supplier will not accept merchandise damaged in transit. All claims must be filed with the carrier.

  2. Defective Product: If your product is defective, then refer to the manufacturer's warranty for return instructions. You may also contact support@tentandcamp.com or call 1-888-362-4610 for instructions.

  3. Damaged Product: If merchandise you receive is damaged, contact support@tentandcamp.com or call 1-888-362-4610 for instructions. For a prompt exchange or refund, you will be directed to return all merchandise to:
